FAQ & Best Practices

Reservations

All reservations will be made through Dorsia. Reservations are non-transferable, and the guest who booked must be present for their reservation.


Payment

All reservations must be paid for through our Dorsia Frictionless Payment Technology through the Booking Link. Clients will not be able to pay on-site for their reservations. Their cards will be automatically charged for any overage, sales tax, and gratuity via our Dorsia Frictionless Payment Technology through the Booking Link. There are no check drops.


Cancellation Policy

Reservations are bookable 30 days in advance and can be canceled up to 8 hours before the start time for a refund minus a 10% processing fee. Any cancellations made within 8 hours of the reservation time are non-refundable. Once a reservation is booked, the minimum spend per person remains the same even if the party size decreases. Requests to increase a party size can be made to info@dorsia.com, but are not guaranteed.


Modification Requests

Modifications must be requested to the Dorsia Hospitality team via info@dorsia.com. Please note that modifications are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Modification requests to increase in party size are not guaranteed. Once a reservation has been booked, the minimum spend per person will stay the same even if the party size decreases.


Code of Conduct

Timeliness is imperative. Please ensure the clients are prompt to their reservation. Many restaurants have a 15 minute grace period, after which reservations will not be guaranteed. Please treat restaurants’ staff with respect and abide by their dress code and code of conduct. Clients are responsible for the conduct of their guests. Clients must respect the privacy of other restaurant guests, photography should be discrete. Dorsia reserves the right to revoke Book on Behalf credentials at any time at our sole discretion.
