1. Eligibility. The "Give $50, Get $50" promotion ("Promotion") is open to existing members of Elomi Corporation (“Dorsia”) in good standing ("Nominators") and the individuals they nominate for Dorsia membership ("Nominees").

2. Promotion Period. The Promotion begins on November 9, 2023 at 8:00am ET and ends on December 31, 2023 at 11:59pm PT ("Promotion Period").

3. How to Participate: Nominators must submit a nomination for a Nominee through the Dorsia app during the Promotion Period by using one of their allocated nominations.The Nominee must not be a current member.Both the Nominator and the Nominee must provide all required information accurately.

4. Guest-Pass Membership. At Dorsia’s sole discretion, any Nominee may receive a 30-day guest pass membership (“Guest Pass Membership”).

5. Credits Award
A Nominee who receives a Guest Pass Membership will also receive a credit of $50 to their Dorsia account (the “Nominee Credits”). This credit will be applied to the first restaurant booking such Nominee makes through the Dorsia platform while their Guest Pass Membership is active (an “Initial Reservation”).

Upon a Nominee making an Initial Reservation, the Nominator will receive a credit of $50 to their Dorsia account, which will be applied to their next restaurant reservation on the Dorsia platform (together with the Nominee Credits, the “Promotion Credits”).

The Promotion Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The Promotion Credits expire 30 days from the date of issue.

Dorsia reserves the right to cancel the Promotion Credits if Nominee cancels an Initial Reservation.

6. General Conditions:
‍Dorsia reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Dorsia’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Dorsia in its sole discretion.

Dorsia may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the nomination process or the operation of the Promotion.

7. Release and Limitations of Liability. By participating, participants agree to release and hold harmless Dorsia, and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion.

8. Agreement to Terms. By participating in the Promotion, the Nominator and the Nominee agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Dorsia, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Participation in the Promotion is also subject to Dorsia’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
